Many kinds of concerns and problems can be dealt better by interacting on an individual basis with a counselor. Individual therapy is a chance to speak about personal issues with a counselor confidentially and to encourage personal development and decision-making. Sometimes students may have particular issues that are better discussed by those who share the same concerns. Through giving and getting input from the other members and understanding that other have same problems and learning how they cope with them, can be really beneficial.
The psychosocial well-being center has prepared guidance programs which include activities, lectures, workshops and seminars. These are designed to achieve balanced growth in all aspects: academic, personal, social or cultural aspects of life and to improve the abilities of students to their full potential by providing with the knowledge, the required study skills, and the critical living skills.
