1. Obtain your Fee Challan Form from Respective Department.
2. Bring Copy of Your Processing Fee Challan Form (PAID)
3. For Challan Form bring ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS with you.
   • Matric Result Card Original
   • First Year or Intermediate Result Card Original
   • CNIC/Form B Original
   • Two Passport Size Photographs
4. Last date for fee submission of 5rd merit list will be 18 Nov, 2020 .
