A Professional Development Program was organized for the faculty members of Government College Women University, Sialkot (GCWUS) by the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) in collaboration with the Office of Research Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC) from 19th to 23rd June 2023 at the
Video Conference Room of GCWUS. This 05 (five) days program focused on enhancing the professional skills of GCWUS faculty members and equipped them with the modern tools and techniques to excel in their profession. The program covered the following key areas that are vital for effective teaching and learning:
1. Effective Learning: Optimize learning outcomes with innovative strategies that engage learners and foster lifelong learning.
2. Effective Teaching: Ignite students' passion for knowledge through dynamic instructional techniques and inclusive learning environments.
3. Assessment and Evaluation: Measure success and inspire growth with effective assessment methods aligned with learning objectives.
4. Technology in the Classroom: Empower education in the digital age by leveraging technology for interactive and collaborative learning experiences.
5. Publishing Research: Share knowledge and shape the future by mastering the art of research publication and dissemination.
