Awareness for prevention from Corona virus (2019-nCoV)

With reference to Guidelines for prevention from Coronavirus shared by Ministry of National Health Services (2019-nCoV) Department of Zoology organized a seminar on “Awareness for prevention from Coronavirus (2019-nCoV)” on February, 14, 2020.

The program was started in University Auditorium at 10:00 am with recitation of Holy verses of Quran and Naat-e-Rasool-e-Maqbool (S.A.W)., Mrs. Salma Khurshid, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Zoology, GC Women University Sialkot, delivered a lecture on “Awareness for prevention from Coronavirus (2019-nCoV)”. She told about prevalence, spread, prevention and safety measures for Coronavirus. Different questions were asked by students as well as faculty members and guest speaker guide them in excellent way.

At the end of seminar, certificates were distributed to all organizers by Chief Guest. Dr. Nuzhat Munir (Head, Department of Chemistry) and gave her concluding remarks about the event and say words of thanks to guest speaker, faculty members, participants and organizing team.
