The students of the sociology department are doing their internship at Sudhaar Society Sialkot which is known as community-based organization. These students are member of the women working alliance and they arranged the event on women’s rights. In this department of sociology from Govt. College Women University Sialkot was invited to join this session with them. In this session, the issues highlighted women’s issues faced in Sialkot. The students of sociology discussed the anti-harassment committee for women’s security. They also request separate washrooms in the private and public sectors. They also discussed the minimum wages for women labor. These are the common issues that we noticed in our community. They also invited Ahsan Brayar, Director of Social Welfare Complex, and other NGOs.
