Dr. Tahir Abbas Tayib is an HEC approved supervisor. He has obtained M.Phil from NUML Islamabad & Ph.D degree with specialization in Urdu Afsana from AIOU, Islamabad. Pakistan. Major area of his research work is Urdu Fiction. He started his career as lecturer in Urdu in Islamabad College for Boys G/6/3 Islamabad. He went to United Arab Emirates and joined Pakistan Islamia Higher Secondary School Sharjah as Coordinator and Head of Urdu Department. He joined GC Women University, Sialkot on 25th June 2018 as Assistant Professor. He has supervised 5 MS students. Currently he is supervising one PhD and 8 MS students. He is Co-editor of HEC approved Research Journal “Tahqeeqi Jareeda”. He has published seven research papers HEC Approved Journals, He has attended National and International conferences and seminars where he also presented his research papers.
