going to be held on Thursday 1 st Aug, 2019. The worthy Vice Chancellor will be the Chief Guest of
the ceremony.

 Arrival of students in auditorium at 08:30am
 Arrival of Teachers & HOD’s at 09:45am
 Arrival of Chief Guest at 09:55am
 Start of ceremony at 10:00am

2nd Group
Program: BS (Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences & Faculty of Administrative and
Management Sciences)
Department: (English, Fine Arts, Islamic Studies, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, Urdu,
Business Administration, Economics)
Program: M.A/M.Sc: All Departments
Time:
 Arrival of students in auditorium at 12.00pm
 Arrival of Teachers & HOD’s at 12:45pm
 Arrival of Chief Guest at 12:55pm
 Start of ceremony at 01:00pm

Important Note: –
 Original CNIC of the students must be shown at the time of Transcript receiving.
 Only students can receive original transcript.
 In case of absence of student, only mother is authorized to receive original transcript by
showing her and her daughter’s original CNIC.
