• The candidates seeking admission to the BS classes must have passed Intermediate or A level examination from any public / private institution at least in 2nd division. The private students can also apply.
  • The students must have studied the major subjects at Intermediate level (in which she is seeking admission)
  • The Candidate who has not studied Maths at Intermediate level is not eligible to apply for BS Mathematics. Applicants with Chemistry, Physics and Maths in FSc. can apply for BS Physics.
  • All the students may apply for BS English, However, the students who have studied English Literature in Intermediate will be given preference.
  • The subject like Islamic studies, Urdu, Political Science and Sociology are open for all students.
  • The students are allowed to change their major subjects on merit only within seven working days after the start of the classes and fee will be charged for this.
  • Admission shall be based on open merit policy. Wrongly filled in and incomplete admission forms shall not be entertained.
  • Submission of admission forms after due date will not be accepted.
  • List of selected candidates shall be displayed as per schedule on the University notice board and on GC Women University. Website www.gcwus.edu.pk
  • The selected candidates shall be required to pay admission dues within the notified dates otherwise the admission shall be considered cancelled.
  • Deposited fee shall not be refunded except security dues.
  • The fee will not be received in installments and the challan form of the selected candidates will be given by the Head of the department of the concerned discipline in which the candidate has taken admission.
  • Separate admission form for appearing in more than one BS discipline should be obtained by the candidate.
  • The age limit is 22 years but under special circumstances the GC Women University Competent Authority can grant relaxation in the upper age limit.
  • No hostel accommodation is permissible to the students who belong to the area that fall within the GC Women University transportation circle.
