Dr. Yaar Muhammad, in charge of the Department of Education, GC Women University Sialkot, successfully conducted a comprehensive “Curriculum Design” workshop at LUMS School of Education on the 4th, 5th, 18th, 19th, and 25th of July 2022. The participants, who attended this workshop, were aspiring, competent, and efficient teachers from various top educational institutes in Lahore. The core purpose of this certificate program was to develop certain skills in curriculum design that can engage students in active, constructive, intellectual, authentic, and collaborative learning activities. It also provided them a chance to develop the teaching and assessment methods for achieving certain curricular goals and outcomes. After the successful completion of this short course, the participants were awarded certificates.
